You can track your order using the link in your confirmation email. Both we and UPS will send you tracking updates with your tracking number. You can also reschedule delivery dates directly through the UPS email if needed.

If you’re not totally thrilled with your purchase, that’s cool. You have 30 days to return items for a hassle-free refund. Just make sure they’re unopened, and we’ll take care of you.

Yes, we ship worldwide! Just select your country at checkout and we’ll sort it out. Currently we can’t ship to the USA due to ongoing tariff issues. Non-EU customers will need to pay customs duties when items arrive – UPS will email you for payment before releasing your order.

Need to change something? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we’ll try our best to help. After that we can’t modify orders, but you can always return items if needed.
