Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:
Change of Mind: You may return an item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is in the same condition you received it.
Faulty or Wrong Item: If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@retroralph.ie and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Exclusions: Some items, such as opened software or digital downloads, cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Return: Email us at info@retroralph.ie with your order details and reason for return. You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and checked.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 working days.
Delivery Times: Irish orders typically take 2–5 working days. International orders may take longer.
Costs: Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Tracking: Where available, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Responsibility: Once shipped, delays caused by the courier are outside our control, but we’ll do our best to help.
